What does this PR do?
edit --help for "agent test run-eval"
NOTE that there is no public documentation for the Einstein Evaluation API. That's why I removed direct mention of it in the help and instead used a generic "internal evaluation framework" wording.
ALSO note that while there are instructions on how to create a YAML test spec (run "agent genreate test-spec"), there's no example of a JSON payload. Because there are no public docs about this API, you just have to figure it out yourself at this point. Oh well.
